The bigger wheel (or the elder sister) at Marina Centre is the world's largest.
This little sister, the Cadbury ferris wheel is only 25 metre high and it's located inside a mall! So rain or shine, you can ride in it!
I did not know it existed until only a few weeks ago.
It's located at Downtown East.

I walked past this van with this advert and I thought it looked weird. A lady eating from a can, then I saw the word pet food.
Sorry, I felt a big nauseous. LOL
I know that petfood can be eaten by humans. But has any of you shared say animal food with your animal? ;-)

It's the time of the year where the various universities in Singapore are having Open Houses.
If you only time for one Open House, which one will you go to? The most vibrant, exciting and prestigious university of course - the National University of Singapore.
Mark your diaries and make a trip down to NUS this weekend! (14 - 15 March 2009)
If you are overseas and it's impossible for you to be physically here, you can visit NUS Virtually at Second Life.
Of all the faculty and schools that's participating in the NUS Open House, let me highlight to you the "School of Computing - School of Inventors". Check out their Open House Promo site at: http://www.schoolforinventors.sg/
More information about the NUS Open House, click on to: http://www.nus.edu.sg/openhouse/

I think these banners are so eye catching.
Especially the ones that are vertical. There are many more designs. The one with the man blowing the morning glory horn is the one I like most.

Some said that this sign has been here since 1910s. If it's true, that's a long long time ago. I am sure many many of you have taken a photo of this sign too.

I thought this new building look rather interesting.
I have no idea what it is called, what it's for, etc..
I think it's a hotel though. Anyone knows? (It's at Victoria Street)
This building's name is Iluma.
There's a modern cinema in it too, called Filmgarde (www.filmgarde.com.sg)

This Daily Photo thingy was started by Eric of Paris Daily Photo - www.parisdailyphoto.com
Last Saturday morning, it was very very very early morning, I happen to read my email and found out from Michael and Eric are here. They are here in transit to New Zealand and they have a few hours to spare. Would I want to meet up? Sure!
I sms Edwin from Kuala Lumpur Daily Photo because I know he's based in Singapore to perform. No reply... he most probably is sleeping like everyone else. But when he woke up, he called me and we arranged to meet.
This is Edwin and Eric posing in front of the poster of the show Edwin's performing in. I watched it on Sunday and it was quite good. If you are in Singapore you should catch it. Eric's finger is pointing at the sign that says, "For Adults and Big Children over 16 only". :-)
Find out more about Sleepless Town by going over to www.sleepless-town.com It's running till 14 March 2009 at the Drama Centre.

Another new month! For the Daily Photo community, it's Theme Day every 1st day of the month. The theme is "Glass".
Here's my contribution. Looking through the 'glass' windscreen of a car. It's been raining almost everyday and the rain's very very heavy.
Want to see how the community is posting for this month's theme?
